As-Built BIM

For ongoing construction projects or recently completed ones, Studio Parametric can document all construction changes. By incorporating information from As-Built drawings or subcontractor mark-ups, SPA updates the BIM to generate accurate As-Built models.

We are also able to assist design consultants that are required to submit conformance sets consisting of documents that capture all the changes that occurred during the period of construction. We are able to update the design model and the affected drawings to produce a conformance package that meets the necessary standards.
